Shipping Details
All orders are carefully packed in-house by our dedicated team. We ensure that all packaging is discreet, with no indication of its contents. While we primarily use USPS & UPS for shipping, we reserve the right to utilize other carriers if necessary.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
Return & Refund Policy
www.caliterps.com does not accept returns for any reason. Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it is non-refundable. Please do not return any products, as we will refuse the package and return it to the sender.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. This policy is governed by the English language, regardless of any translations.

Replacement Eligibility
Replacements are only considered for the following reasons:
• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Incorrect products received
To request a replacement, please provide:

• Clear photos showing the issue, including the product and packaging
If we confirm an error or damage, we will reship the corrected items at no cost.
Important Notes:
• Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible.
• All replacements are issued at our sole discretion.
