Shipping Details

All orders are carefully packed in-house by our dedicated team. We ensure that all packaging is odor-free, unbranded, and discreet, with no indication of its contents. While we primarily use USPS & UPS for shipping, we reserve the right to utilize other carriers if necessary.

Orders qualify for free shipping on purchases over $99, calculated after discounts and before taxes. We ship to all 50 states in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill; however, customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their state and local laws. We may request additional verification before shipping, such as proof of residency or a government-issued ID.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.

Return & Refund Policy

Cali Terps does not accept returns for any reason. Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it is non-refundable. Please do not return any products, as we will refuse the package and return it to the sender.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. This policy is governed by the English language, regardless of any translations.

Replacement Policy

At Cali Terps, we are committed to providing high-quality products and service. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at support@caliterps.com within 7 days of delivery.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacements are only considered for the following reasons:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective

• Incorrect products received

To request a replacement, please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue, including the product and packaging

If we confirm an error or damage, we will reship the corrected items at no cost.

Important Notes:

• We do not offer replacements due to personal preferences such as flavor, scent, or texture.

• Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible.

• All replacements are issued at Cali Terps’ sole discretion.
